Strictly implement the receiving, posting and inspection system. Articles prohibited from posting and delivering, articles whose safety cannot be confirmed, and articles rejected by the sender shall not be accepted and posted. During the period from September 15 to October 2, 2019, it is strictly prohibited to receive and send items such as low altitude slow small aircraft and parts, "remote control mines" and "Bomb alarm clock" toys sent to Beijing.

Strictly implement the real name receiving and posting system. Except for letters and express mail delivered by users who have signed a security agreement, the posting and delivery enterprises shall check and register the identity of the sender and the articles posted and delivered, and can receive and post only after confirming that the ID card is the same and the articles posted and delivered are the same with the registration information;The sender refused toproduce a valid identity document，In the mail detail sheet、If the identity information filled in the express waybill and other service documents is inconsistent with the valid identity document, the ID card is inconsistent, or refuses to register its valid identity document information, it shall not be received or sent.。
